VielfaltMenü promotes healthy nutrition and early nutrition education on a daily basis. Through projects, activities and visits, children and young people learn where their food comes from and how it affects the environment and their health.

Daycare children have fun discovering the variety, origin and benefits of food. Puzzles, games, songs, recipes, craft ideas and excursion tips await them as they roll the dice – inspired by the nutrition circle of the German Nutrition Society (DGE).

Excursions into nature

Peas don’t grow in a jar and cows aren’t purple – children experience this for themselves. With visits to farms, orchards and other agricultural businesses, they discover the regional cultivation and processing of food at first hand.

Garden joy

With our raised bed campaign, we encourage nursery and school children to enjoy gardening. We plant vegetables, herbs and fruit together and teach them about the seasonality of food, for example. The best thing is that after a while, the children can enjoy their harvest themselves.
