The management of VielfaltMenü

Since the end of 2023, Markus Grube and Marcel Vogel have formed a dual management team. Together, they use their expertise to develop innovative solutions at VielfaltMenü. Their commitment is to ensuring affordable nutritional lunches that promote the well-being and health of our young and old guests.

Markus Grube, Managing Director

"For us, catering is more than just food. I want everyone, whether big or small, to feel good during their break. Healthy food is particularly important in kindergartens and schools. It helps children to develop better and concentrate on their lessons. One of my favorite projects is cook@school. In our cooking classroom, we playfully teach children how much fun healthy eating is."

Markus Grube joined VielfaltMenü in 2022 as Finance Director. He previously held management positions in the real estate industry and IT consulting, among others. With his expertise, particularly in the areas of finance, digitalization and business development, he sets innovative impulses in the daycare and school catering industry. His goal as Managing Director is to provide children and young people in daycare centers and schools with a healthy and affordable lunch.

Marcel Vogel, Managing Director

Main areas of responsibility: Purchasing & Food Service, Quality Management, Sustainability, Sales, Business Development, Customer Service and Regions

Marcel Vogel joined VielfaltMenü in 2008 as operations and business manager for the Brandenburg region, among others. As an expert for all operational processes, he is now the first point of contact for the individual needs of the regions as Managing Director. Marcel Vogel's goal is to further develop the community catering sector with forward-looking ideas in order to provide our guests, young and old, with an optimal break experience.
