We use as many seasonal ingredients as possible on our plates. That tastes good and protects the environment. And we use as many organic products as possible. Because that’s good for people and nature.

We focus on organic and whole grain products, and many of our locations are already certified in accordance with the German Organic Farming Ordinance (DE-ÖKO-070). Depending on the customer’s wishes, we enable a predominant use of organic products.

We are an official member of United Against Waste e.V. (UAW) Germany and actively campaign against food waste.
We go the reusable route
We use sustainable, reusable to-go tableware for our takeaway food and drinks. To this end, we cooperate with RECUP | REBOWL.
From the field to the plate
As a sponsor, we design the future field together with field sponsors. Here, children learn how nutrition, nature and responsibility are connected.
