January 2024:
New locations in Hamburg, Saxony and Bavaria
We are opening three new locations: two new staff restaurants in Hamburg and Dresden as well as the kitchen in a training college in Wasserburg am Inn.
January 2024:
Signing of the new collective agreement
We sign a new collective agreement with NGG Gewerkschaft Nahrung-Genuss-Gaststätten. VielfaltMenü is the only catering company in Germany with a focus on daycare and school catering with a collective agreement.

August 2023:
Signing of Charta der Vielfalt
VielfaltMenü signs the Charta der Vielfalt – a pioneering initiative that underlines our clear commitment to an appreciative and unprejudiced corporate culture.
August 2023:
Opening of the Osterholz-Scharmbeck kitchen location
The Osterholz-Scharmbeck site is opened and will now cater for pupils at the local school and from the surrounding area.

gets an update
Just in time for the start of school, our redesigned cookbook is getting an update. It contains delicious plant-based recipes to cook with the family.
May 2023:
cook@school receives award
Our cook@school project wins the highly prized marketing award from Chefs Culinar and gvpraxis and is awarded gold.

Another AusZeit company restaurant opens in Hanover
April 2023:
New look for VielfaltMenü
The further development of VielfaltMenü is also reflected in the new design, which reflects the company's values. We now have a new logo - our laughing plate - and a new website.
Year 2022
December 2022:
Member of the United Against Waste association
We are now an official member of United Against Waste – Germany and are actively campaigning against food waste.
October 2022:
Signing of the new collective agreement
We sign a new collective agreement with the Gewerkschaft Nahrung-Genuss-Gaststätten (NGG) trade union. This makes us the only company in Germany with collective bargaining coverage in the school and daycare catering sector that specializes significantly in the education sector.
July 2022:
New opening in Stuttgart
Another company restaurant with the "AusZeit" concept opens in Stuttgart.
February 2022:
"cook@school" reloaded
Our cook@school project - the cooking classroom is getting an update: together with ProVeg, the project is being switched to largely plant-based dishes.
January 2022:
Our first company restaurant opens in Hanover
We are experts in communal catering - not only for children and young people, but also for older guests. With the help of our many years of experience and expertise, we have developed the "AusZeit" catering concept for company catering. The first location opens in Hanover.

July 2021:
Foundation of VielfaltMenü GmbH
The education division of an international group is sold to the Certina Group and has been operating under the name VielfaltMenü GmbH ever since. Years of experience and expertise remain within the company, processes are optimized and regional responsibility is strengthened. The name VielfaltMenü is created in an ideas competition among employees. The high level of participation in the naming process reflects the strong identification of the workforce with the company.
