Sustainability is not a trend for us, but a responsibility. We carefully select regional and seasonal ingredients to protect the environment and strengthen the local economy. Our dishes are based on plant-based and low-meat alternatives that are not only healthier, but also reduce our ecological footprint.

Organic products and responsible supply chains are essential for us: this means we know exactly where our ingredients come from and can ensure quality and environmental friendliness. By using resource-saving processes in the kitchen and packaging, we reduce waste and conserve valuable resources.
Our vision is clear: for us, sustainability means that good food is not only good for the body, but also for the environment – for enjoyable food today for a future worth living tomorrow.

We are now an official member of United Against Waste – Germany and are actively campaigning against food waste.
We go the reusable route
We rely on sustainable reusable tableware for our food and drinks to go. To this end, we cooperate with RECUP | REBOWL – Germany’s largest reusable system for the food service industry.
