Energizing meals for a good start to the day. Our breakfast options include a variety of healthy and delicious foods such as fresh fruit, whole grains and low-fat dairy products. It is important to us to start the day with a meal that provides children and young people with the energy and nutrients they need for an active day.
Nutritious main meals that children and teenagers love. These include dishes such as roast chicken breast, wholemeal pasta with vegetable sauce, or vegetarian lasagna. Each meal is supplemented with fresh vegetables and healthy side dishes to ensure a balanced diet. On request, we can also provide service staff to serve the meals, take care of the dishes and do the cleaning.
Dinner at our vacation and sports camps is light, yet nutritious and filling. We offer a selection of light dishes such as vegetable stir-fries or quinoa salads. These meals help to bring the day to a pleasant close and promote a restful night's sleep.
Between the main meals, we offer a variety of healthy snacks and drinks to satisfy small hunger pangs and keep energy levels high. Our snacks include fresh fruit, vegetable sticks with dip, nuts and homemade muesli bars. Drinks include water, unsweetened tea and freshly prepared smoothies.
We also offer delicious packed lunches for excursions. A cold lunch snack, fruit and a drink ensure that you don't get hungry, even on discovery tours.
