Placing an order at VielfaltMenü – here’s how!

Mrs. Seiler, how can I sign up my kid for VielfaltMenü?

With a registration code you will get from the school or our service center via e-mail you can start the online registration. You only need a vaild e-mail adress.

Click on the „Create Account“ button on our website. That will lead you through the registration process in no time. You can find a step by step guide here. After setting up your child’s profile you will get an account number. With that and your personal password you can log into our website or the VielfaltMenü App and place your first order.

Our students automatically get their transponder chip or barcode card sent home with which they can get their meal at school.

I don’t have access to the online registration, what can I do?

You can always reach out to our service center. You can reach us Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. by phone at +49 3494 6694400 or by e-mail at servicecenter@vielfaltmenü.com. Please have the city and the name of your institution ready. We will be happy to send you a manual registration form.

When is the registration deadline?

To ensure that your child receives a transponder chip or a barcode card for a delicious lunch in time for the start of school, registration should be completed at least 10 days in advance.

How do I place an order?

Wether it’s our website or the Vielfalt Menü app it always starts with the “Login/Order” button. Once you’re logged in you will see the weekly meal plan of your day care center or school and there you can pick your child’s favorite meals. You can set up orders multiple weeks in prior. To do this, simply use the arrows in the calendar sheet.

The day care center management will select the meals for our little ones beforehand.

How do I know what will be served?

You can check the meal plan fort the day care center or school of your child after logging in. Each day you can pick one of up to 3 meals – so everyone will find something to their liking. Daily fresh salad, vegetables, crudités and fruits are our standard. There is one vegetarian meal every day, several meals with meat and at least one meal with fish per week. Dairy and egg dishes are also served regulary. Detailed information like nutrients and allergents are just one click on the „i“ away.

What do I have to do if my child has a food intolerance?

In this case we ask you to sign up first, too. Afterwards you can download a „special diet request form“ in your account profile. Please send the filled-out form in combination with a medical certificate to our service center. We will take care of the rest.

We offer an allergy basic diet, fructose-free diet, gluten free options and gluten free without dairy and egg options, too. There are up to two menus to choose from per special diet, depending on the region and requirements.

How does the cost coverage by government subsidies work?

Here, too, your online registration is the first step. You can then send us your approval notification by e-mail, fax or post. If you include your account number, processing will be quick and easy.

I am interested in my child's school lunch in more detail, what can I do?

The best way to do this is to contact the food committee at your day care center or school. All wishes and open questions will be brought directly to us from there. We are also happy to offer trial meals at your day care center or school or feel free come to our information stand on an open house so that you can get a better picture of us.
