8 steps to your VielfaltMenü account

Creating a VielfaltMenü account is as easy as child’s play. Choose your device – desktop computer, tablet or smartphone – and register your child. Now you can review the menu and start placing orders directly online.

Follow these 8 steps to ensure the process goes smoothly:

1. Go to the VielfaltMenü website and click “Create Account”.
2. Enter the registration code you received from your day care centre or school, or on the phone from our service center team. Click “Register”.
3. Confirm the name of your day care or school and enter all required information about your child and their legal guardians.
4. Check your email for a confirmation link. Click the link for complete details on ordering and payment as well as the current prices and meal plans.
5. Set a password while creating your account. You’ll need it and your account number each time your order school meals.
6. Review your personal information and accept the terms and conditions.
7. Click “Complete registration” to finalise the process. Now you can start ordering!
8. Check your email for a message containing your account number. Each time you order meals for your child on the website or via the VielfaltMenü app, you’ll need your account number and password.
